Quechua - Arpenaz 10L BackPack

QUECHUA has completed tests simulating ageing of the backpack. The tests focused on components, seams and the end product. The results enable Quechua and DECATHLON to guarantee these tested bags for 10 years from the purchase date on the till receipt.

The guarantee covers any backpack faults, except those caused by normal wear and tear and improper use. This special 10-year guarantee will only be granted upon presentation of the product and sales receipt. If the product is under guarantee, it will be repaired or exchanged for free. This commercial warranty does not exclude applicable legal warranties dependent on the country and/or State.

Oxylane and Quechua have chosen to inform you about the environmental impact of the life cycle of the hiking backpacks. This work resulted from an experiment completed in July 2011 alongside the French Ministry of Ecology. Scores ranging from A to E were awarded based on comparisons between Quechua's backpacks only.
